Knights of Valour 3 is the same on PGM2 and PGM3, just the PGM3 version only runs on a hi-res monitor. Just stick to the PGM2 version if you're picking up any of the other games.

As for where to get PGM stuff?
Hklegend.com.hk is a good source.

The guy sheep_nova on Ebay is also a good source for lower priced (but slightly more used looking) stuff.

An actual Espgaluda PCB can be found for $300, if you get lucky. That's basically the same thing you'd be paying for a PGM1 mobo and conversion cart.

Well I've got an HD cab, so I figured I'd try to make use of it :). If it's realistic anyhow. I played KoV3 HD in the mall arcade and it really is incredibly sharp looking.

Thanks for those links! Looks like Hklegend is way higher than eBay for PGM2 stuff, but KoV3 HD seems reasonable.

The conversion cart's only 160EUR from the source. And if I were picking up a PGM motherboard for everything else anyway, that's about 2/3 the cost of the actual PCB. I'm not as set on that one, but there's no way I'm paying $600+ for Ketsui, so PGM conversion it is.

I can't get original CPS1 games, but I might be able to get some conversions made for you.

Do you have any SF2CE B+C boards you're willing to sac?

I know for a fact Knights of the Round is doable, likewise Captain Commando, Ghouls and Ghosts, Strider.
Some are not, Final Fight, Forgotten Worlds (it's missing the analog control spinner but boots).

There are a few SF2CE's for sale around various forums at the moment, I'd probably be willing to buy one to convert if need be. I'm primarily looking for King of Dragons, is that one do-able?
 
KoD is one of the really wacky ones...

You need a CPS' (dash) A-board
A SF2WW B-board
and a SF2CE C-board

But yes if you have all that stuff, for the price of some EEPROMs you can make a KoD.

Definitely don't have all that. Guess I wait for one to pop up, haha.

Someone sell me King of Dragons! I miss this game T_T. I missed the one on eBay because I got distracted when it ended the other day...
