Chihiro Type 3 - no video

Hi

I have an original Ghost Squad game with a Chihiro Type 3 PC.

Problem started with an error on boot
Multimedia board error 01, then it changed to mainboard error 02
Now, there's no video and status LED's are flashing red and green.

Power is good(3.3V, 5V & 12V), fan is working but no video signal - images attached.
Not sure if it's the baseboard or mainboard/something else.

CR2032 battery was dead, changed that with a new one - no change.

Tried reseating everything, no change.
Also tried 3 different monitors on VGA port, no video.

I don't have any spares to try swap the parts to troubleshoot unfortunately.
Is there is anything else I can do before I start sourcing/ordering boards?

Any advise would be appreciated.

https://irepairsega.com/ fixed mine. Flashing red & green means failed core. It's a specialized repair.

I sent mine to Ken last week, he had it repaired in a day, amazing service and wasn’t too expensive either.

Can’t recommend him enough
