About ERROR 5 on HIKARU AIR TRIX

I have an air trix PCB, but recently the game character screen appears as shown in the attached picture, and after running for a while, error 5 will appear after restarting. I have tested the ROM and all show good. The HIKARU mainboard also runs well with other games like BBF、Planet Harriers. I think there is a problem with the buffer chip（LCX16373、LCX16245）on the rom board. I have changed all these buffer chip but the problem remains.Is there a way to find where the problem is?

I fixed a PH board that would lock up by replacing the caps.
