My TTX4 Love Live Next Stage system isn't booting. All I did was take the GPU out for a few days (cleaned and replaced its fan because it sounded like a box of rocks going down a hill). Now it just idles with its Power CTRL card with a solid green light. The LED on the PCB inside is blinking...
