Final update on this cart. I received the cart back from Apocalypse with the original bad GALs. I programmed fresh GALs with the new PLD files and it works fine after hours of being left on. I’m happy to call this repair a success - thank you to everyone that offered advice.

I beta tested Rev 2 on two MS9 monitors and didn’t notice much difference between Rev 1 and Rev 2 MiSTercades. Everyone that’s seeing a lighter or darker picture should try adjusting the RGB attenuation pots on the Rev 2 - they may just be set to a different resistance than how they’re set on...
