    Lindbergh Emulator

Yeah I think you’ve figured out the issue I had with 24.10 - some bug on Linux with the packages! I wonder if we can submit bug report to someone for this?

Which version do you use? I’d suggest 22.04

Unsure on minimum requirements, it worked fine on a 2nd Gen i7 Laptop with Nvidia GPU from 14 years ago, so something better than that? Ubuntu 22.04 is best.

We don’t use docker please ignore that and just build from the instructions.

    Lindbergh Emulator

You have to build from source yourself at the moment. Many of the dependencies you need to build, are required to run the games anyway so it’s a good idea to just follow the build instructions as it’s fairly simple and will make sure everything is installed right!

    Lindbergh Emulator

Won’t run on the Lindbergh, but the Lindbergh would already play the games that it’s trying to load so I’m not sure what the purpose would be?

Sega Naomi2 - Initial D3 - WiPi - Sega FFB Controller Pro (Aganyte)

Awesome work setting it up, I’ve never tried the FFB thing myself. You could reach out to Fred who made OpenFFB to see what he thinks about it not feeling right!

Sega Naomi2 - Initial D3 - WiPi - Sega FFB Controller Pro (Aganyte)

I’m confused, aren’t you using OpenJVS and not a MP07-IONA-US?

    Lindbergh Emulator

Lan just works, as we're running the games on Linux so it behaves exactly as it would on the cabinet.

    > Will it be possible to use a gamepad to play this and other Lindbergh driving games in next releases ? USB game pads aren’t supported yet I’m afraid.

Card Reader HW210 + Naomi 2 Satellite Terminal (WCCF)

Have you tried bridging the solenoid / coil pin to ground manually to see if it activates then? Also would you be able to share any photos? This sounds really cool. I’d also love to see exactly how the IC reader is connected to the Naomi if you’d be able to show that? Awesome project!

At this point I’d reach out to the brewing academy with your issue as it could be that your board is broken.

    Lindbergh Emulator

I’d put my money on if you put one of mine in a machine next to a real Lindbergh in a machine, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Because it’s not true emulation it’s much much faster and more accurate speed wise than other emulators you might have used. It’s also built to be a drop...

    Lindbergh Emulator

Thanks for the questions! Im not sure on specs, the only way to figure that one out is to try it. If anyone else has run it and would like to post their specs here that might be useful. I’ve used a Samsung Chronos 7 with Nvidia card and a Thinkpad P43S with an Nvidia card to develop it - so...
