Welcome and WOW!! This is beyond collecting you have enter the realm of culture preservation. Some of those cabs and panels are beyond rare. And it looks like everything is in great condition.

Ok ok ok. last pain staking part that I forgot about but we got em all.

@hoagtech Spoke with 2 powerder coaters in the area who stated that they would be able to color match as long as it was not fully covered in paint. And I have found several spot that were not painted, with the best example being the bottom of the speaker housing.

Fully stripped and on its way to be powder coated. I tried citris strip on a few pieces and its just way too messy, and it left the color looking off.

Sooo I finally had sometime to actually contine stripping this down, got the monitor out. Has some funky wiring that I will have to address, and I am more and more leaning toward just hitting this with a stripper to get the paint off and deep clean it with Simple Green. Now that I see the powder coating, I wish I could just remove this layer of paint and clean it up.

@hoagtech Is correct, it does look to be poweder coating. I have two qualified powder coaters in my area according to the PrismaticPowders website. I and going to continue to break it down and clean and strip. I am guessing it would be cheaper to walk into the shop with pieces that are already...

So new project digging into, this will be my main Shmup tate cab. Not alot of work to do, but need to strip the paint and try and get it back to the original color. New controls, new feet, and rewire it as well as replace the 2 prong power with a 3 prong. So far got the control panel stripped...

I tried to go to Lowes, with mesaurements and maybe it was just a bad day. As the guy took my measurements and never returned to the cutting space. I have a Capcom Status 18 that needs it. I'm going to give homedepot a try as suggested. I am hoping they have MDF, if not I will be contacting...

Got a new cab that is in need of a wooden PCB board for mounting PCB's.

Sold me a Capcom Status 18 cabinet, never though I would like a small cabinet more than the Mini cute but this thing is way better than I expected. Can't wait to get it cleaned up and turned into my dedicated lil Shmup machine.

Yeah I got some users working on something for me, and yeah the dagashiya cabs were the ones I was super interested in. But since they were so old and made of MDF most are either museum peices or totally trashed and not for sale.

Thank you @GeekMan1222 I am fione with either a pony - pony 3 smaller version I think it is a 18" monitor or a dino king as there seems already be specs for control panels and art out in the wild. I have seen other kids medal games, but most look to have too small of space for a decent joystick...
