Marvel Vs. Capcom B-Board Bad Graphics

Any thoughts on this one? B-Board is clean, no damage. A-board is working. All ROMs verified. Burned new PAL-G. Trying to use Phoenix set, but tried Avalaunch as well, same thing. Jumpers are correct and verified continuity.

Bump. Tried to see if anything gets hot to the touch after a few minutes. Nothing really. BGSB1 and 2 (PALs) get the warmest, but I wouldn't say hot. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

is it a convert? if yes for me it's probabbly jumpers. From website explained the SSF2X convertion:

A BGS-B3G (aka "G" PAL) chip for the socket marked BGSB3. The jumpers on the
board need to be soldered as follows (S = soldered, O = open):

SOOS_SO_OSOSOS_SOSOSOSO_SOSOSOSO

This jumpers setting seems universal.
