WTB Kick Harness Adapter

My Supergun has an CPS2 Kick Harness, I require adapters (+extension cables) to connect the following boards to it:
- Sega ST- V
- Capcom CPS1
- Capcom 3 Layer Street Fighter I PCB / 6 Button Edition
- Taito F3
