I have an Elevator Action boardset that emits a buzzing and ticking noise alongside the music track and sound effects. It seems like it's interference of some sort (it sounds like amplified
"computer noise" -- beeps and blips and humming), and it occurs with both sets of speakers I have tried it with. I am using it with a Taito to JAMMA adapter, along with a
Minigun supergun I built myself. My other boards that I have used with this supergun have not had issues, so I am going to assume it's the board itself (which is a new acquisition for me). Would the board's amp IC be the cause for something like this, commonly, or should I look elsewhere? Thanks!
