Just wanted to update that I received my last bag of screws I needed so I am steamrolling into making all the cables in my original order now. Here are some updated shots of my soldering so you can see what's under the hood and the Capcom Cable.

Oh wow, you got it to fit! lol. Mine wouldn't come close to fitting the shield into that pin header. I must have not twisted it hard enough to shrink it down further. Looks great and definitely the way to go for this install.

Marqs replied back to my post and recommended using a shielded cable with the shield grounded on Both ends. I initially tested a 3 core shielded cable with 1 end grounded, but still had static, so I followed what Marqs said and voila, no more statis. Everything is crystal clear. Photos below...

CPS2DigitalAV HDMI mod. You need that adapter board to work on CPS1. That's the next step later this morning for me to finish up cause there's a new board that directs the Qsound audio through the HDMI mod. The red PCB wasn't designed to do that.

I noticed it in Knights of the Round. At 12mhz some places were too smooth; like 60fps fidelity, where 10mhz was fast, but not like that. Overall pacing feels better too at 10mhz.

This is as far as I got tonight. That right angle header doesn't sit flat as stock cause of the IC on the other side. Cut the legs down a little and was able to solder it in flat. I was able to get it the board in and solder 2 wires tonight. Gonna do the rest tomorrow morning.

Mine is installed as well. I could tell the difference between the two speeds. Good stuff.

Just curious if the bugs for this was ever worked out? I was looking for a multi-Pi for the CPS1 and was told the existence of your CPS2. I'd love to add more of your Multi-pi to my arcade boards if I can. STV and System 16B are working great.
