@davesarcades sorry I didn't realize this when I posted but the 2934 is only VGA. Is there an adapter or something that would allow me to output from my CPS3/jamma? If not I'll have to adjust my WTB

Hmm if it's the linearity problem someone mentioned you could adjust the H Drive to see if it helps. Wondering if slight adjustment there would help since the problem isn't really that bad but then again this pot is sealed to prevent adjustments and don't want to blow up my chassis/tube...

Sharp Image repair did it, they said they sourced the flybacks from Spain I believe. They said it was making a really loud noise or something, a little upset that they changed it without confirming with me but I'm a bit new to this and I've heard great things from them so took their word for it...
