For the version of minigun I mean are you using the mini din 8 pin version or the mini din 9 pin version? The 8 pin version doesn't require any components in the AV cable. The 9 pin version does. What is the manufacturer and model of the TV? We need to know what csync level it is expecting.

That should not be necessary. Which minigun version are you using? What AV cable are you using? What video monitor are you using?

Looks like the minigun is working as intended. I think the problem is with your game.

Composite video is not output from the minigun. That is why I asked if your display supposed RGBS. The minigun only outputs video in RGBS format.

If you will not answer basic troubleshooting questions, it makes it incredibly difficult to help you.

You said it showed a VERY dark picture "no color". What display was that on? Does it support RGBS? Does your genesis cable support RGBS?

What video monitor/scalar are you using?

There are two different A/V connectors standard that the minigun uses. Your board will have either an eight or nine pin mini DIN A/V connector. You can buy a premade cable for either one.

I'd be interested if it was in Montreal.

The CPS1 multi is available and plays all CPS1.5 games, including Cadillacs and Dinosaurs. Converting CPS1.5 games to CPS2 doesn't make much sense any more.
