Yeah i agree, i was thinking about the system 11b/c sound boards i think earlier when i was delving into this, where they have everything, yamaha chips, dac and cvsd speech chips. Maybe its 2 of these needed haha. The system 11 sound architecture is complex and annoying to repair as they have 2...

I was trying to get it to run on Y-unit hardware and in std res. Is this what you achieved?

Unfortunately not. My board is still broken. I think the biggest issue with these boards is general operator/user guy thinks its normal jamma when its not and plugs a std jamma hardness into the connector which fries loads of stuff.

as I already explained some v2 sound games will work just fine on single layer boards. If you can’t get it to work though oh well I gave everyone my info inc videos. see above.. Light bringer was never a game with working sound here yet though see posts from years back when I tried it...
