I turned this on yesterday whilst working on other projects and left running for like 3 hours. I then played a few games. NO issues. Power cycled and played few more games.
If anyone is on the fence because I mentioned it was glitchy before I did some maintenance, I'll throw in a 3...
Going through a restore of my Outrun and just redid the power amp and filter caps in the base of the cab:
2 big ones:
13000uf 65v (NOTE: schematic has this at 22000uf but I replaced with what I saw)
4700uf 63v
amp board:
100uf 25v x9
220uf 25v x4
4.7uf 25v x2
10uf 16v x2
+1 on Riddle's jamma tester. Makes it so easy to do basic tests of pcbs w/o controller hooked up.

This was my spare that was working at some point but after pulling from shelf and trying in my cocktail, it showed some graphic glitches. I sold the machine and buyer didn't want the PCB so can't test further but could be as simple as reseating roms or maybe more involved... $150 shipped CONUS PP FF
Here is a really nice example. I would give it 9/10 on physical condition. Very clean.
