Looks like I found a control panel. Still looking for coin mech. May make a separate post but could use a set of sticks and buttons if someone is looking to get rid of their extras otherwise will pick up new.

Picked up a somewhat sad looking new net city. Monitor is in great shape though and wiring is all there. Looks like someone falcon punched the control panel repeatedly so I am in search of a new control panel insert with/without buttons and coin mech (see pic) Thanks

Yeah I agree with trying to keep ide drives but would using a IDE to SATA adaptor cause any real harm? Obviously I do not want to harm my namco hardware. I have some spare ssd and wanted to use those if possible.

Reviving old thread. I was wondering if anyone has used a IDE to SATA for hard drive games, taiko specifically. Secondly, would it matter if I put in a SSD versus HHD if this works. My guess was no because of the speed from the motherboard.

Thanks. I have a taiko 12 and looking to expand it to 13 and 14.5. Will have to hunt down some dongles it looks like.

What's the alternative now in absence of SYS2X6? Assuming flashing individual games to another dongle and burning a CD of HDD from image?
